The idea for xmoney.hk was born from a simple, frustrating moment. In 2021, our founder, Walter S., paid twice for groceries at a Manila supermarket. His money was gone, but a lost confirmation signal left both him and the cashier confused.
That experience revealed a deeper problem than a simple glitch: the 'value islands' created by modern e-wallets that don't speak the same language.
“How can we connect these e-wallets, allowing their balances to be exchanged freely?”
